I entered a song in an audio contest. It was NGAUC 2015. I would suggest submitting a song to them this year when/if it comes around again. I know I'll be entering a track of mine.
I don't know if that's how I got scouted or what, but I think that might be it. I didn't win, but I sure got recognized. Thanks though! I also have zero knowledge as to how this got so incredibly popular (in my sights, 4,000 listens equals popular.)
